St Johns Church

Old St John's Church - Boughton This 'Ruined' 14th century Church is purported to have one of the most haunted graveyards in England. On arrival at the ruins you are met with large iron gates which set a very eery scene for the investigation ahead. Moving through the graveyard itself on our way down to the church site was both unnerving and disconcerting putting us both on edge from the start. There have been reports of sightings of a red haired woman, a headless man, children running around the graves and a highwayman who is said to roam the ruins.
